Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Products that have been completed are not eligible for return, regardless of whether they are customized or standard products. Any quality issue must be reported to us within 30 days after the goods are delivered. Customers must provide a complete and continuous unboxing inspection video, together with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or videos showing the product defect, external packaging, shipping label, and relevant details. Customers should retain the original packaging and must not return any products without our prior written approval.
