Return & Refund Policy

At MintiHome, we operate as a B2B manufacturer. Because every order is produced to order, our return and refund terms differ from standard retail policies. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. As a B2B manufacturer, we do not accept order cancellations except in the case of verified product-quality issues.

Returns

Products that have been completed are not eligible for return, whether they are customized or standard products. Returns or other remedies are only considered for verified manufacturing or product-quality defects.

Issues caused by incorrect use, improper handling, normal wear and tear, customer preference, incorrect order information, or any circumstances unrelated to product quality are not considered valid quality claims.

Quality Claims

Any quality issue must be reported to us within 30 days after the goods are delivered. To file a claim, you must provide:

  • A complete and continuous unboxing inspection video
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos showing the product defect, the external packaging, the shipping label, and any other relevant details

Please retain the original packaging, and do not return any products without our prior written approval. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

After reviewing your claim and the supporting evidence, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another mutually agreed remedy.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

To help you verify product quality before shipment, we provide random inspection videos before dispatch. You may also request a real-time video call with our team to inspect the goods prior to shipment.

By placing an order, you agree to inspect the products promptly after delivery and to follow the claim procedure described above.

Shipping Damage

Any transportation-related damage should be reported in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved as the agreed remedy, we will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and confirmed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
