Thank you for choosing MintiHome. We provide global shipping solutions for our home décor and tableware products. Please review the following shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Global Shipping

MintiHome ships products worldwide from our factory in Fujian, China. We offer several transportation options depending on the destination, order quantity, product dimensions, weight, and customer requirements.

The available shipping methods may include:

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days
  • Air Freight: Approximately 7–12 business days
  • Ocean Freight: Approximately 20–30 business days
  • Rail Freight: Approximately 30–50 business days
  • Land Transportation: Approximately 30–50 business days

The delivery times listed above are estimates for transportation only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, transportation schedules, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors.

Customers should contact us to confirm the most suitable shipping method, final shipping cost, and estimated delivery time before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders generally require approximately 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Large or customized orders may require approximately 10–20 business days for processing. The actual processing time depends on the order quantity, product availability, customization requirements, production schedule, and other order details.

All processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The confirmed processing time will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation process.

3. Shipping Quotes

Shipping costs must be confirmed directly with MintiHome before the order is finalized. Customers may contact us by email, phone, or any other available communication method.

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Product quantity
  • Total weight
  • Product volume and packaging dimensions
  • Destination country, city, and delivery address
  • Selected transportation method
  • Customs, handling, or destination-related requirements

Because shipping costs vary significantly from order to order, the shipping cost shown or discussed during an inquiry may only be an estimate until the final order details and delivery address have been confirmed.

4. EXW Pricing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices displayed on our website are EXW prices from our factory in China.

Website prices do not include:

  • International shipping costs
  • Cargo insurance
  • Import duties
  • Import taxes or VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Destination handling charges
  • Local delivery fees
  • Other destination-related costs

The applicable trade terms may be negotiated according to the customer’s requirements. We may provide other shipping or trade-term quotations upon request.

Under EXW terms, the customer is generally responsible for arranging transportation from our factory and handling all applicable export, import, customs, tax, and destination requirements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design or style.

The minimum order quantity may be negotiable depending on the product, order details, customization requirements, and cooperation terms. Customers are welcome to contact us to discuss specific requirements.

6. U.S. DDP Service

We offer a dedicated DDP door-to-door shipping service for customers in the United States.

Under the agreed DDP service, applicable duties and taxes are generally included in the quoted shipping arrangement, and the shipment is delivered to the customer’s designated address.

The U.S. DDP service does not apply to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • Other remote or hard-to-reach areas

Customers located in these areas should contact us for a separate shipping quotation and delivery arrangement.

For destinations outside the United States, customers must contact us to confirm the available shipping methods, applicable trade terms, duties, taxes, customs requirements, and other destination-related charges.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless a DDP arrangement or another trade term has been agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for all import-related costs in the destination country.

These costs may include:

  • Import duties
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes or VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Inspection fees
  • Storage fees
  • Local handling charges
  • Local delivery charges
  • Other charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or local service providers

If the agreed trade terms are not DDP and the customer refuses to pay applicable taxes or duties, refuses customs clearance, or fails to provide the required customs information, the customer will be responsible for all resulting losses and expenses.

These expenses may include return shipping, storage, disposal, customs penalties, re-delivery, additional handling charges, and other related costs.

8. Shipment Tracking

After an order has been shipped, we will provide the available tracking number or shipment information to the customer.

Tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the shipping method and carrier. Some ocean freight, rail freight, or land transportation shipments may only provide tracking updates at specific transportation stages.

Customers should use the tracking information to monitor the shipment and promptly respond to any request from the carrier or customs authorities.

9. Delivery Delays

The estimated delivery times provided by MintiHome are for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Customs inspection or customs clearance
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • War or political instability
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Flight, vessel, rail, or transportation schedule changes
  • Port congestion
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure to provide required customs documents
  • Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the seller or carrier

When a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control, the parties will communicate and discuss the appropriate handling of any resulting loss or additional cost.

MintiHome will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipment inquiries and communicate with the relevant carrier or logistics provider.

10. Damaged Products During Transportation

We use secure and appropriate packaging methods to help protect products during transportation.

If products are damaged during shipment, customers must inspect the shipment and notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To process a damage claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • The order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged products
  • Photos of the external packaging
  • Photos of shipping labels or carton markings
  • A description of the damage
  • Other information reasonably requested by MintiHome

If a damage claim is approved, MintiHome guarantees compensation for the damaged portion of the products. The amount of compensation will correspond to the extent or quantity of the damage.

Depending on the circumstances, MintiHome will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacing the damaged products; or
  • Issuing a refund for the damaged products

The remedy will be arranged after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Customers should retain the original packaging and damaged products until the claim has been resolved, as they may be required for inspection or carrier claims.

11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost, customers should contact us as soon as possible using the tracking information provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the carrier and investigate the shipment status. The outcome and available solution may depend on the shipping method, carrier policy, insurance arrangement, agreed trade terms, and the specific circumstances of the shipment.

12. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery and Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name, company name, telephone number, delivery address, postal code, and any other information required for delivery or customs clearance.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to answer the carrier’s delivery notification
  • Failure to accept the shipment
  • Failure to complete customs clearance
  • Failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or fees
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to provide required documents or information

the customer will be responsible for all resulting losses and costs.

These costs may include return freight, re-delivery charges, storage fees, customs charges, disposal costs, administrative fees, and other related expenses.

13. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

If a customer requests cancellation before shipment, the request must be submitted as soon as possible. Approval of a pre-shipment cancellation will depend on the order status, production progress, customization requirements, and costs already incurred.

For customized, made-to-order, or specially produced products, cancellation may not be available once production has started.

14. Split Shipments

Customers may request that an order be shipped in multiple separate shipments.

MintiHome may require the customer to pay any additional transportation, packaging, handling, or other costs resulting from split shipments.

Unless otherwise agreed, additional costs caused by a customer-requested split shipment will be quoted and confirmed before the separate shipments are arranged.
