Welcome to MintiHome. As a one-stop factory established in 2012, we manufacture and wholesale plastic charger plates, trays, and wall décor for clients worldwide. Below you’ll find answers to the questions our B2B buyers ask most — covering minimum order quantities, samples, pricing, lead times, custom OEM/ODM options, shipping, and quality control. Our MOQ is per design: 50 pcs per design for charger plates and wall décor, and 20 pcs per design for trays. The MOQ is the same whether you use our designs or your own custom artwork.
We do not hold finished stock — we keep blank, unprinted pieces on hand and print to order. Because each design is produced individually, every design must meet its own MOQ (50 pcs for charger plates and wall décor, 20 pcs for trays); minimums cannot be combined across different designs.
Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. When your bulk order reaches US$2,000, we refund the sample shipping fee.
Yes, we produce samples to your custom specifications. Sampling typically takes 3–5 days.
Prices shown on our website are EXW. If you need pricing under other terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.), please contact us for a quote.
Yes, pricing is negotiable for larger volumes — please get in touch with your quantities and we’ll work out the best price.
We require an advance payment before production and the balance before shipment. All orders must be fully paid before dispatch. You are welcome to arrange an on-site inspection or a remote video inspection before we ship.
Lead time is the same for our designs and custom designs: typically 5–10 working days, and 15–20 working days for large orders.
Our monthly capacity exceeds 200,000 charger plates. Within this capacity we deliver on schedule with guaranteed quality. For an exact delivery date, please send us your quantities and designs.
Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM projects: Logo, color and design customization: MOQ 50 pcs Custom packaging: MOQ 3,000 pcs for charger plates and wall décor; 1,000 pcs for trays Custom sizes: no MOQ, but an additional mold fee applies Send us your requirements and we’ll advise on the best solution.
Yes. We can produce to a specified color code (e.g., Pantone) or replicate a physical sample you provide.
We support express, air, sea, rail, and road freight. We work with a wide network of freight forwarders to secure the most cost-effective option for you, and we ship worldwide. We’re also happy to work directly with your designated forwarder.
For the USA, we offer full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. We can also provide DDP to major countries across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and more. Exact terms are arranged according to your requirements — please contact us to discuss.
We use thick, reinforced cartons with foam paper separating each product and foam padding protecting all four inner walls of the box — a secure, drop-resistant packaging system.
Every order goes through two rounds of 100% inspection — during printing and during packing. We can provide an unboxing inspection video. If you require third-party inspection, the associated fees are covered by the customer.
If there’s any quality issue on arrival, please keep the supporting evidence (photos/video) and contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll work with you on a solution — replacement, refund, or credit toward your next order.
