We produce custom charger plates on the same line as our own designs, which means you are not paying a separate set-up premium to get your own artwork onto a plate. You send the design, we send back a free digital mock-up, and once you approve the proof we go into production. There are no new tooling charges for printing and no minimum beyond 50 pieces per design.

Artwork and pattern Send print-ready files — AI, PDF, PSD or high-resolution PNG. We produce a free digital mock-up before anything is printed, and we will tell you if a file will not reproduce well at production size.
Logo and brand mark Applied by UV printing, laser engraving, or electroplated detailing depending on the material and the finish you have chosen.
Size and shape Dimensions can be adapted within our tooling range. Tell us the size your market sells and we will confirm feasibility — usually without new tooling.
Finish Print, electroplating (gold, rose gold, silver, antique gold) or transparent, all produced in-house.
Packaging and private label Branded boxes, hang tags, barcodes and retail-ready sets for marketplace channels such as Amazon.
Curated sets We can build a coordinated collection across charger plates, trays and wall decor for a single theme, so one shipment covers a full tablescape.

OEM or ODM — which one do you need?

The distinction matters because it changes what you have to bring to the project.

  • OEM (you bring the design). You supply finished artwork, we manufacture to it. Best if you have your own design team, an established brand look, or artwork already selling elsewhere. Fastest route to production — typically straight to sample after the mock-up is approved.
  • ODM (we develop the design). You describe the market, the price point and the look you want; we adapt designs from our own catalogue and develop new ones to suit. Best if you want a differentiated range without hiring a designer, or if you are testing a new category.

Most first orders end up as a blend: a few proven designs from our catalogue to get started, plus two or three developed specifically for your range.

How a custom order runs

  1. Brief. Send artwork or a design direction, the quantity per design, and your destination country.
  2. Quote. We reply with wholesale pricing and a digital mock-up — usually within 12 hours.
  3. Sample. Optional but recommended for a first order or a new material. You approve the physical piece, not just a screen image.
  4. Production. About 5–10 business days for standard orders, 10–20 for large or heavily customised runs.
  5. QC and packing. We photograph the finished goods before they are packed so you can sign off the batch.
  6. Shipment. Express, air, ocean, rail or land — whichever balances cost and transit time for your destination.
