Shipping Policy & Wholesale Delivery Terms | MintiHome
This page explains how orders are dispatched, how long production and transit take, and what is included in the prices shown on this site. It is written for wholesale buyers placing bulk orders rather than for single-item retail purchases.
What the prices on this site include
All prices shown are EXW factory prices, per piece. They cover production and packing at our factory. They do not include international shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, customs clearance or destination charges unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Production lead time
| Standard orders | Approximately 5–10 business days after artwork approval. |
|---|---|
| Large orders | Approximately 10–20 business days. |
| Heavily customised orders | 10–20 business days, depending on the level of customisation and the quantity. |
| Samples | Confirmed per item when you request. Sample cost and freight are quoted before dispatch and are typically credited against a subsequent bulk order. |
Lead time starts from artwork approval, not from the date of enquiry. Projects waiting on customer artwork approval are the most common cause of delay.
Shipping methods
We ship worldwide from China. The right method depends on your volume, your deadline and how much you are willing to pay for speed:
- Express courier — fastest, highest cost per kilogram. Suited to samples and small urgent orders.
- Air freight — a middle option for time-sensitive bulk where express would be uneconomic.
- Ocean freight — the lowest cost per unit for large volumes, with the longest transit time.
- Rail freight — often a good balance for European destinations, sitting between air and ocean on both cost and transit time.
- Land transport — used for overland legs and for consolidated shipments into neighbouring markets.
Tell us your destination and deadline and we will quote the methods that make sense, rather than defaulting to one. Transit times vary by destination and shipping method, so we confirm an estimated delivery window with each quote.
DDP for US customers
Customers shipping to eligible US destinations can request our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service, where duties and clearance are handled as part of one quoted landed cost. Ask us whether your destination qualifies when you request a quote.
Packing and transit damage
Goods are packed to survive international freight, and we photograph the finished and packed order before dispatch so you can sign off what is leaving the factory. If a consignment arrives with transit damage, report it within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged goods, the outer packaging and the shipping label, and we will assess compensation. Retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Customs and import duties
Import regulations, duty rates and clearance requirements are set by the destination country. Unless we have agreed a DDP arrangement, the buyer is responsible for clearance and for any duties, taxes or destination charges. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists with every shipment, and can supply product specification sheets or material declarations if your customs broker requires them.
