All website prices are EXW factory prices and exclude international shipping, taxes, duties, customs clearance, insurance, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Products that have been completed are not eligible for return, regardless of whether they are customized or standard products. Returns or other remedies are only considered for verified manufacturing or product-quality defects. Issues caused by incorrect use, improper handling, normal wear and tear, customer preference, incorrect order information, or circumstances unrelated to product quality are not considered valid quality claims.
Any quality issue must be reported to us within 30 days after the goods are delivered. Customers must provide a complete and continuous unboxing inspection video, together with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or videos showing the product defect, external packaging, shipping label, and relevant details. Customers should retain the original packaging and must not return any products without our prior written approval. After reviewing the claim and supporting evidence, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another agreed remedy.
To help customers verify product quality before shipment, we provide random inspection videos before dispatch. Customers may also request a real-time video call with our team to inspect the goods before shipment. By placing an order, the customer agrees to inspect the products promptly after delivery and follow the above claim procedure. Any transportation-related damage should be reported in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
