We print decorative trays in three materials and two shapes, and every one of them can carry your own artwork. The choice usually comes down to two things: the price point you are selling at, and how much the freight cost per unit matters on your route.

Printed decorative serving trays

Materials and formats

Glass Gives depth and weight that plastic cannot match, with the printed surface sealed underneath. Our premium line, and the one that photographs best.
Plastic The same artwork at a lighter weight and lower unit cost. The practical choice for large orders, freight-sensitive destinations, and buyers who need the tray to survive everyday handling.
Acrylic Light, shatter-resistant and holds printed colour sharply. Used mainly for wall-hung display pieces and vanity formats.
Vintage handle A printed tray body with metal-effect handles, which lifts the piece from serving accessory into decorative object.

Sizes

Our standard production sizes are listed below. Because we print in-house, a single order can mix sizes and shapes without a separate set-up.

Rectangular 40 × 30 cm · 35 × 25 cm · 40 × 26 cm
Round 33 cm and smaller display diameters
Display / coaster scale 22 cm, 18 cm, 15 cm, 12 cm and smaller

Full print or bordered

Full print means artwork runs edge to edge with no border, which suits illustration-led and narrative designs — botanical scenes, illustrated patterns, seasonal motifs — because the printable area is at its maximum. Bordered formats keep the artwork inside a margin and suit designs with their own framing, such as a gold trim or a plate-style layout. Both are produced on the same line.

What can be customised

  • Artwork and pattern — print-ready files in AI, PDF, PSD or high-resolution PNG. Free digital mock-up before production.
  • Logo and brand mark — UV printed, or laser engraved on wood and acrylic formats.
  • Size and shape — adapted within our tooling range; tell us the size your market sells.
  • Packaging and private label — branded boxes, hang tags, barcodes and retail-ready sets.
  • Coordinated sets — matching trays, plates and wall pieces for one theme, shipped together.

Who buys custom trays

Gift retailers and homeware brands building a printed tray range; candle and home fragrance companies assembling boxed gift sets; hospitality suppliers needing service trays with a logo; online sellers listing coordinated seasonal ranges; and promotional buyers needing a themed item on a fixed calendar date.
