Inside Our Factory — Charger Plate Manufacturer | MintiHome
Most decor suppliers you will speak to are trading companies: they take the order, pass it to a factory, and handle the paperwork in between. We manufacture. Printing, plating, laser cutting, quality inspection and packing all happen in our own workshop, and that single fact explains most of what is different about working with us.
Why in-house production changes the commercial terms
| A 50-piece minimum order is possible | No external supplier is adding a set-up charge to your first order, so a small trial run does not need to be padded out to an economic batch size. |
|---|---|
| Custom artwork needs no tooling charge | We are printing on an existing line, not commissioning a mould. That is why we can put your artwork onto a plate or tray for a 50-piece order. |
| Colour stays consistent across reorders | The same team prints the first order and the tenth. Colour matching does not drift from one supplier to the next. |
| Lead times are ours to control | A 5–10 business day standard lead time is only achievable when nothing is queued behind an unrelated customer at someone else's factory. |
| The proof matches the production run | The person who produces your digital mock-up is working on the same equipment that prints the bulk order. |
What we make, and how
Our output covers four product families, and the production route differs for each:
- Charger plates (490 designs) — glass base, decorated by UV printing, electroplating for a reflective metallic finish, or produced in a transparent build. Edges are hand-inspected and the printed surface is sealed.
- Decorative trays (920 designs) — glass, plastic and acrylic bodies with digitally printed surfaces, cured on the UV flatbed line so the print does not lift with regular use.
- Wall decor (360 designs) — acrylic and MDF wood panels and hanging ornaments, UV printed, laser cut and edge-finished.
- Metal flower vases (140 designs) — formed and powder coated, then hand-inspected for symmetry and surface finish.
Across all four, the process is the same in principle: decorate in-house, inspect by hand, pack for international freight.
Quality control
Inspection happens at three points rather than one. Artwork is checked against your approved proof before the run starts. Pieces are inspected through the run rather than only at the end, so a problem is caught while there is still material to correct it. Finished goods are photographed before packing so you can sign off the batch as it leaves us — and so that any dispute about condition has a reference point.
Packing and export
Decor carrying a printed surface is vulnerable to rubbing and moisture, so packing is treated as part of the product rather than an afterthought. We pack for the shipping method the order will travel on, and we adapt packing when a buyer needs retail-ready presentation — branded boxes, hang tags and barcodes — rather than bulk cartons.
Working with us
We are set up for wholesale buyers: event rental companies, wedding and event planners, banquet venues and hotels, home decor wholesalers, and online sellers building a seasonal range. Minimum order is 50 pieces per design, mixed designs can be combined to reach it, and we usually reply to a quote request within 12 hours with pricing and a free digital mock-up.
